The drivers/vehicles are good-to-excellent. However, the GPS/map/navigation is meh for drivers and clients. I requested a pickup at a specific address but the app specified a pickup point that required crossing 10 lanes of traffic in a very busy intersection travelled by transport trucks. I messaged the driver and he said he'd pick up at the address I gave but he ended up across the street.

while the pricing is currently cheaper than other ride share apps due to their constant discount promo to attract a customer base...the wait for a ride is often longer than 10 mins. this is not ideal at all. I'd rather pay a few dollars more to be quickly assigned a driver, with minimal wait and arriving punctual. it doesn't matter I I order 30-40 mins in advance to be "early" smh. ridiculous. Will revisit the app when there is more driver and shorter wait times.

This app doesn't let you tip drivers unless you do it within 15 minutes after the ride ends. Silliness! I've been unable to tip the driver since the app wouldn't allow it. Where's the sense in that? Plus a driver told me he makes more actual dollars through Uber per ride. Hopp says they pay a higher percentage to drivers, but the actual dollar amount is less. I'm not going to use this app any more after my frustrating experiences with tipping and after hearing the driver's perspective.
