Suggestions for upgrading the app: 1 Reduce the waiting time to 3 minutes. Five minutes is too long, especially when the customer ends up as a "no show." That time could’ve been used to get a decent booking instead. 2. Add a "no show" option in the order rating system. This way, customers who book but don’t show up will also get a rating penalty. It's not fair that only riders get downgraded—sometimes the fault lies with the customer too.

This app is basically a scam. They say if you have a good rating, you'll easily get orders. Yet here I am, with a 99/100 rating, and from 6 AM to 8 PM, I don't get any orders, it is already the third day. On top of that, you'll see a lot of fake orders in the app, but the admin doesn't even care. They just want your money from the jacket and helmet you're required to buy from them. Do not install this!

Why is the auto assignment button always on when logging in the app? By the time it is switched off, an automatic order would have come in and if we don't accept it our rating drops. A few times already this happened and it affects the driver's rating. Why make drivers rush to quickly turn off the button upon logging in when it could have just been left off in the first place and for drivers to turn it on at will? Very bad experience as a few times already this happened.
