In just a few days, Serene has helped me better understand some of my emotional hang-ups and where they may have stemmed from. It encourages deep (compassionate) self-reflection, while guiding you toward healthy conclusions. I feel like I might just be able to get unstuck with the help of this app. I also really appreciate the weekly subscription, as opposed to monthly or yearly.

I thoroughly enjoyed the quizzes on this app. Out of the ten quizzes that I've completed, nine (of the ten) were a bit scary with the dead-on accuracy of the results. I learned some great things about myself and also, I was given ways to cope and/or try new things when it comes to areas I struggle with. I really needed help being social and outgoing; these quizzes offered me with a "how-to" go about being more of an extrovert rather than a introvert. Thank you for your help with finding myself!

I've only been using Serene for 4 days but I'm finding it very helpful. Still navigating the app though so can't comment on everything - yet! I've had CBT before and I have a diagnosed lifelong serious mental health condition, diagnosed by a psychiatrist not myself - which is important to note. Serene is helping me with my anxiety and other issues, I do recommend it as a companion to seeing a healthcare provider.
