worst app. machines never work, app never works, and we get the run around when trying to get help. i have had the account double charged before only to never get a refund. My apartments just switched to an even worse app and we didnt know, so my husband put 20$ on this, leaving us at 26$. not holding my breathe we will get a refund seeing as we'd isn't get one before when it was a mistake on their end. if you have the option just use frickin quarters.

App worked for a couple years at my current location. About 2 months ago, app logged me out, would not allow me to log back in or change my password. It just hangs. Customer service is unresponsive. I have no way to use the app. Even when the app worked, I had to try 3-5 times every time I went to do laundry before it would connect to the machines. A miserable experience start to finish.

One of the worst apps I've ever been semi forced to use. Washers and dryers don't talk to the app. Customer support is non-existent. We waited 4 months for a service call on a broken unit and then they "forgot" to set it back on Bluetooth and on and on. I've personally called, emailed, smoke signals and I'm still waiting for anybody to contact me or even sneak in and fix the issue. Nothing but problems since they introduced this system.
