The app really deserves the 5-star rating, however there's an exception: I really don't know if the given property's information is organized by the ALL or the hotel provided. That's because I've made an expensive reservation which includes car parking and when I went into property's page, it was displayed a payable Valet Parking. I believe everyone would think in a free car parking. Instead, such informations should be given at the first part of the page, in order to avoid misunderstanding.

I use this app regularly. It has been very handy and worked really well for making and viewing my bookings and status. Unfortunately, as of this last week, the dates stopped working. When I select a day on the calendar, for example, it will choose a random day. This means that I cannot select the dates to make a booking anymore. Would also like it if were able to modify bookings, instead of having to cancel and rebook. Lastly, it would be nice if the vouchers in the app work in all locations.

After making a direct booking through the hotel worth around USD 2400, and upon checkout I didn't recieve any satisfaction questionnaires or review links! And I was surprised that my booking status appeared to be "cancelled" after checking out, not sure if the hotel staff intentionally did this because they knew I was not happy with my stay! But how could a big chain like Accor allow such thing to happen!
