The user interface across multiple devices is not great. If I start watching a show on my Samsung TV and then I come into my bedroom to either cast (from an android mobile device application) or watch directly on my old Vizio TV, the service is unable to pick up where you left off from various devices. I also found the user interface on any of the apps is a bit difficult to navigate. It's not nearly as comprehensive as the other streaming services that I use, such as Netflix or Amazon Prime.

The OS can be cleaned up.. The "New" icon for shows pops up when it wants to.. It doesn't keep track of the shows that you've watched very well.. It's tough to determine if you've watched a certain episode yet or not.. If the rate continues to go up and the OS stays the same, you're gonna lose a customer of 4 years.. There's more stuff I could list, but we'll see what the near future brings... Not holding my breath...

NOT WORTH IT!! After being a customer for over the years.... Used to be good, but now most vod things are gone and it you can find one, you routinely get booted out MID-SHOW and then can't find what you were watching again. Interface is WAY more complicated than it needs to be, and options for even live shows are much more limited and easily found in other streaming services that let you watch FULL episodes without a million commercials.
