With the free SumUp mobile app you can take payments, manage your item catalogue, track your sales and more. Our app connects with SumUp’s hardware to further power your ability to reach customers and get paid wherever your business takes you.

Open the app to control your top business needs straight from the palm of your hand. Item organisation & helpful reporting
Add, edit and delete items to your own personalised catalogue directly in your app. You can then easily select any of these items to speed up your transactions using one of the payment methods highlighted below. Point of sale solutions (POS)
The SumUp app is the perfect match for your card reader or Point of Sale Lite. Pair your free app with your mobile card reader to take card, chip & PIN, contactless and mobile payments. You can then use your app to track the sales you take with your devices, add tipping options, issue refunds and set sales tax rates.

Invoices
You can activate and issue professional, legally-complaint, on-brand invoices from your app in minutes. You can also track the status of any invoices you’ve issued so you’ll always stay on track with pending payments. Our invoicing app feature is very simple, when your customer receives an invoice, they’ll have the option to pay securely online.

Payment Links
Through the free SumUp app, you can easily get paid remotely with Payment Links. All you have to do is select ‘Payment Links’ from the app home screen, enter the amount you want to charge, create your link, and share it with your customers via social media, SMS or email. The link will take the customer to a secure website where they can complete the transaction. It’s a great way to take cashless payments from afar or without a device.

With a free SumUp Business Account, you can stay on top of your finances in one secure, easy-to-manage space. You’ll also receive a free contactless Mastercard for your business expenses and track your spending in the app. You can pay with your card anywhere that takes Mastercard, or use it to withdraw cash from an ATM.

Why only 3 stars? 1. The support is a reason no.1. It's difficult to speak to anyone and when you no longer have access to your phone number, it's REALLY difficult to change it. Doesn't matter that you still have an access to the app and to the email. No, they HAVE to make your life harder. 2. The fees are not super low. I place the fees onto the customers, but, there are other providers with lower fees. 3. They offer lower fees if you use their business card or pay higher fees. Not fair.

Horrible, nothing but problems!!! Been locked out of my account for almost 2 weeks, since the day I created my account. Received card reader and not been able to use it. Today I got in my account for the 1st time. Grabbed card reader to activate it and locked out again due to review. Company exclaims "simple"... nothing simple about sumup. Just want to use the card reader and make money. Why does everything have to be so difficult.

Very bad first impression. I just received the reader yesterday and have not been able to log in. Keeps saying account is locked, too many incorrect password attempts and it was the first attempt. Please dont insult my intelligence by telling me to reset my password. I've been there and done that. Still the same issue.i have noticed in other reviews with the same issue, there has never been any type of solution. We as merchants don't need an apology we need a solution. Very poor customer service
