I had the same issues as others have mentioned as it relates to reporting. It was not giving me Today's energy production and This month was off compared to the online dashboard by about 50 kWh. I did call customer service who submitted a ticket. However, I just uninstalled the app, and added it again, and now the data matches what I am seeing online.

My electric bill is lower. However, understanding what's what is the confusing part. But, I'll tell you that it's cheaper than paying a couple hundred for an electric bill.

pointless app. you can login and do nothing. it opens the web browser to login AGAIN to pay your bill. I've done the authentication 3x now and am still cycling through. the company also has horrible customer service.

We apologize for the confusing login process and authentication loops you're experiencing. Having to authenticate multiple times is not the streamlined experience we want to provide. We are actively working on improving this functionality with our billing servicer and hope to launch the improved process shortly.
