Absolutely sucks. When I'm in the cart trying to choose item replacements, the page constantly reloads & acts like nothing is there, taking me back to the top; this takes like 10 mins per item. Also, it'll take me from my cart, to the main page, when I didn't even touch anything. The lagging is awful. Yes, my phone is UTD, as is the app. I've deleted then redownloaded the app, I've cleared cache, restarted my phone, etc. People need to rate based on the APP ITSELF, not their pickup experience.

Ever since they updated the app completely the "search" under coupons doesn't work. It keeps saying it can't find anything that you search for. Even if you search for a coupon that you know for a fact is supposed to be there it never finds it. Now you have to scroll forever till you find the coupon you need. Before they updated the app you could type in anything for example, "tide" or "detergent" it would always find the coupons. It used to be so easy and helpful.

It'd be nice if it was a little more user friendly. I can't ever get anything to actually load as a coupon. They have to scan their papers at the register. And the prices are never what the signs show. I always pay $1 more than what the signs say. Irritating. Needs to be like the Target app where you can scan the actual items and load it that way instead of sitting and searching then it don't work anyway! Ugh
