Ticket Bus Verona

These busses are the worst thing I have ever experienced. This app is awful, it books the wrong tickets and then I have to re buy them when I'm on the buss. the busses themselves are a disgrace, I have not had a bus this week which has been less than 30 minutes late. something here needs to change, the busses are late, the drivers are rude and unfriendly and this app does not work. I will definitely not be using, or riding these busses again

The app works in its basic form ok but: why do we have to do validations ticket by ticket if I have bought 4 tickets (think of a family). Why do we have to REVALIDATE a validated ticket when changing buses, keeping others waiting? In the end it makes more sense to get paper tickets rather than using the app. It should become simpler to use and faster, no scanning just showing the valid ticket to the driver. Maybe check how it is done in other countries, for example HSL in Helsinki.

Used this extensively to ride with my family on holiday near Verona. It works, but is hard to use until you learn how. It was hard to register: the SMS security code only gets delivered to non-Italian numbers if you're on WiFi calling. If you buy tickets from the timetable, you can only buy 1 ticket at a time, however many you ask for (use Buy Tickets on the home screen instead). It's very slow to activate all the tickets for a group, you have to scan each one separately when you get on the bus.
