Cardata provides ample support to ensure that receiving reimbursements is stress-free and straightforward. You deserve transparency and to know exactly what is happening with your money.

Take control of your privacy:
Any trips you classify as personal, or simply left as unclassified, will not be accessible to employers. Taking a quick coffee break during a work day? Simply stop capturing trips from the dashboard and resume it when you’re ready. Rest assured, not an inch of personal driving will be viewable to employers.
- Deleted, personal, and unclassified trips are hidden from employers and Cardata.
- Any trip taken outside your trip capture schedule will be hidden.

Review past trips:
You’ll have access to every trip you’ve taken in the last 12 months. Review monthly or daily trip summaries with details on total mileage, stops, etc. An intuitive trip filter feature allows you to filter trips by date and/or classification.

this app never works. constantly being logged out. missed trips, have had to change my password one million times. You have to give it access to EVERYTHING. They claim that they do not sell your data, but in the terms it mentions them selling your data to a 3rd party. Creepy 1984 BS but without actually working correctly so not only is it tracking your every move and sharing your data with god knows who, but it also is insanely frustrating.

Truly only want to give 2.5 stars but can't. I have to use the app for work & have no other option. Going on 4 months of use & when it actually works, it's good. Most of the time, it doesn't actually track anything. It says it is tracking, yet it never does. I have to uninstall it constantly to keep it actually tracking my travels. In the 4 months of use, I have had to reinstall it 3 times & manually enter weeks worth of trips. Just found it hasn't tracked any in last month.

Cardata hardly ever captures all my drives. It stops in the middle of tracking, doesn't stay logged in, and isn't user friendly. Of the 3 months I've been using the app, I've been paid for one month's worth of driving and that was most likely not even tracked correctly. I make multiple calls to the company every month with issues. The app stops working altogether if it's not on the most recent version. Pretty much everyone on my team says it's buggy and they have to manually enter drives.
