this app is worse as is slow to update the destination of the driver take hours to send the login code evertime a change my phone why can't it just have a password and small lite yango app that can work on all phone types this is a waste of time and data app

too bad for riders no appropriate response from yango support in fact they just replied" will be there back ASAP" I was theirs' support section but I face terrible response, should have at least a proper support centre with call facility but no. Hence,it only provides benefits to the passenger not for riders and didnt explained about fare. I travelled for 16 km with passenger but recieved only 137 NRP which is lower than the lowest. passenger and rider must equally proirtize.

Better to switch on a different app ac rides are as low as compare to indrives bike service rates instead of molesting my 2.8million car on yango I would like to be a part of any other app like bykea and in drive at least that have a policy of economy ride minimum fare 30/km and for ac comfort ride at 45/km that make a huge difference on car running and on income
