No longer works. It used to have all the information listed. I logged in last night, and it said no router connected to the account. Now I can't even log in. It just says something went wrong try again later. I reinstalled the app but still broken. Fios experience has been less than average. Updated I am able to log in. If there is an outage, there should be something on the app, not just try again. My TV & internet were fine at the time.

Awful experience with the app regardless of the device. My husband and I can't even access the home page. It says, "Looks like something went wrong. Please tap below or pull down to refresh the page. If the problem continues, contact us through the more menu for further assistance." Customer service has been switching us back and forth to multiple different people and disconnecting us, causing us to start the process over. This has been going on for hours. :(

Why keep changing the app? Verizon had an app that functioned as this one does, but it actually worked. They got rid of to funnel everyone into their main app so they could sell more advertisements. Now you have to download a third app because now it's no longer accessible in the main app? And it now this one doesn't even work. Get it together Verizon.
