TTLock

Works "OK", but can't get it to remote unlock (only works when I'm at home, not remotely)! I can't get a hold of Customer service, no phone numbers, no real contact information to speak with someone about it. Surprisingly, fingerprint does work, but only occasionally (smh), and for some reason my lock just "beeps" as though the buttons are being pressed (when they're not)...even after I cleaned them off, it still continues to "beep"!! It was annoying at first, but I learned to live with it!

I rather like the app. There are some fundamental problems that need to be addressed before I'd consider using it again. It seems that if you invite someone TO YOUR lock who has been invited to another lock on this app via email - the invitee will never be sent an email. I am all for monetize your app. Do it on the number of locks. Buying a "pack" of emails is ridiculous.

I'm FURIOUS! I bought this lock 6 months ago and now, tonight, I get home and it doesn't work. I put in my pin code to unlock it and I get (3) quick repeating beeps 5 times. I reset all the codes, tried to put in another generated code and it tells me "successful" but nothing works. I went to the app to see if there was an update, and sure enough, there is (thanks for letting me know!) So, I downloaded the update and it tells me "unsuccessful - Account Not Registered." Really? I've been using my account for the last 6 months! Now I have to go through hoops of some type, that I am yet unaware of, just for the aggravation? This lock doesn't work and I'm not messing with it anymore. It should NEVER be unreliable. The fact that it is unreliable means it's a major design flaw. I'll go find the best and most reliable lock on the market. I should have known. I had a feeling in my gut when I bought this lock that something, somehow, would come down the pike, and here it is. It's a piece of JUNK! - But you got your money! 6 months of operation. That's just great. Thanks a lot.
