Very fast, and highly useful app. KuCoins app opens and runs a lot slower than this app does on my device, so as a result I've begun to use this as a drop-in replacement for the main kucoin app. Overall highly satisfied with it, not a lot to complain about, if there even is anything bad about it to begin with, I haven't noticed.

I have reduced the 4-star to 2 because after the latest updates the bots are reduced in addition to paying for signals differently after purchase of the bot. I also noticed that the trailing features have disappeared maybe probably because it's not working well.

I had funds in my account and all of a sudden they disappeared. When I finally got in touch with customer service, Kellie, told me I should handle my account better. When I asked for a phone number to call and speak with someone about the missing funds, she said they don't have a phone number at this time! Really, a company that deals with your money, but they don't have a customer service number? Never again!
