Update: lost two stars. Notifications are happening about every minute when i dont want them and not happening when i do want them. Also, I wouldn't be writing this poor review if it didn't ask for one from the very first time I open the app. Good idea, poorly implemented! Would be 5 stars if it didn't keep asking me to connect to Google when I want to log water intake. Otherwise, I love the graphic, and the ability to change fasts and do a custom fast.

What a great app. I started fasting for my health, I am off 22 different medications, which has resulted in a significant weight loss. So whether you're thinking about it for reversing serious health conditions, or to lose weight, this app will guide you with tools and information to succeed. For the first time in my life, I'm excited to open the app, see if I made the goal, and repeat it again. It's super easy to navigate, it never glitches, and you can choose the free version, or premium. Ty

The app is easy to use and you can create your own fast hours. I added a 36 hour fast, which ended up being 42 hours. Unfortunately, I forgot to end on the app before I ate by about 30 minutes. When I went to edit the time, after I saved the end time to 30 minutes less, it had a time of 18 hours. I reviewed the dates and times for start and end and they were correct. When the fast is under 24 hours, editing is not an issue, only when fasting more than 24 hours and an edit is needed on the time.
