AR 3D Space Scanner: innovative measuring application, which uses augmented reality (AR) for quick room planning and measuring. AR technology makes it possible to place the virtual tape measure ruler on real surfaces, which makes the measuring process, draw and the creation of 3D house floor plans much easier and faster. With the AR Plan 3D ruler measuring app you can:
1) Get quick, real-time views of your environment with automatic scanning. Automatically create a floor plan of a room in seconds. House design.
2) Measure the perimeter and height of the room with a tape measure in flex or imperial metric units (cm, m, mm, ruler in inches, feet, yards).
3) Measure doors and windows with a tape measure.
4) Automatically calculate perimeter, floor square, wall square and other values, which can be useful for estimating the amount of building materials. Design rumah.
5) 3D home planner: create 3D floor plans of the room with all measured dimensions. Lidar scanner.
6) Floorplanner: classic denah rumah. Room planner. Apartment interior layout.
7) Floor plan creator with 2D side view: create a floor plan with side view.

Downloaded it last night, and before I could even use it for the first time, it started asking me to leave a five-star review. Full of intrusive ads & pop-ups asking you to subscribe. I could barely figure out how to use it before being peppered with demands to subscribe. I managed to "measure" two rooms and a hallway before it malfunctioned. No way to rotate rooms to build a floor plan (at least not in the free version). The worst part: today I opened it, and the measurements I made are locked.

Hard to recommend. In 5 minutes or less, I was solicited for a review. Their unskippable prompt for it has compelled me. Immediately, a subscription popup, followed by another that then has a discount. The prices are crude. Otherwise, it seemed ok for what it is. The AR stayed aligned to the real world slightly better than most other apps I used. Which is good, but still not too good. Measuring with AR is just meh and any advantage this app has is undermined by the toxic greed for me.

The drawing option is useless. it does one thing, draw a line with an automatic measurement on it. No other options, no colored lines, to sizing the lines, no changing the ends of the line to mean different things like inward, outward, to here, from here to here, window opening, door opening, you get a line with an arrow pointing away from center on each end. No editing the measurement for the line to represent what your need. No zoom in or out. NOTHING!
