Impossible to get timely reading! only about 1 in 8 times will it record, or less. it says "unable to record due to interfetence". Instructions say to move someplace without electronics. But every room in my house has electronics!! i even tried my bathroom. but i guess the electrical plugs annoyed it! i think it is gimmicky at best. Good if it worked but useless gimmick if it isn't stable enough to be useful when needed!!

Sorry you’re experiencing interference when trying to record. Try cleaning and lightly dampening the contact points to increase connection, resting the device flat, moving several feet from any electronics, and replacing the battery if it’s over a year old. Unit is ok, but not great. Doesn't do a good job for people with tremors such as Parkinson's or Essential Tremors. It can be hard to get a stable reading. Also, have had issues with schmutz getting into the battery compartment. Then, even though it shows 66% battery level it failed to get a reading. I clean out the gunk and it works fine, with the old battery. And while I'm being picky, why did they pick a coin cell size that seems to be rare instead of a ubiquitous size like 2032?

results seem highly accurate (but I have not validated it with a verified EKG machine). without a subscription it still works but is limited to the primary EKG readout. for most users (those wanting to keep an eye on their metrics, but not actively guarding for cardiac deficiencies) that will be enough. I don't like continuous subscriptions, so that's what I'll be going with. The initial delivery came with a temporary subscription, and the other 5 metrics can be beneficial.
