Just started, but 5 minutes a day and up to 10 minutes a day is perfect for commitment phoebia people who are too busy to stick to a longer program. I can never seem to stick to a 20-30 minutes program, but this I can do and add those minutes up 2-3 times per day over 7 days, that's a no brainer. I like the exercises, the music, the illustrations, the words that explain the exercise and the option to turn on and off the auto start to the next exercise. Perfect all around!

Revised: I quit using it. It's too repetitive and I don't feel like I get a workout from it. There are a couple of things it does right. It provides three daily workouts and allows the user to select the length from three presets times. That's what I want. The deal breaker is the excersize list. It's way too short, making the workouts very repetitive. There are times when the three daily workouts differ by one exercise. The workouts are also woefully short on arm excersizes.

This app was great until one day it updated and it wasn't free anymore. I would pay a one time fee for lifetime access but the subscription model is an awful business model for the consumer. The ability to keep the pre-existing access but with an ad-supported plan would have been nice, too. If this is the only option you have for exercise maybe it's worth the price but as a supplement to other exercise it's not worth it.
