This application is brought to you by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), a Singapore Government Agency.

MyICA Mobile App (1) provides a one-stop platform for Singapore residents and foreign visitors to transact with ICA conveniently. The features include:

• SG Arrival Card (2) for residents and visitors to submit health declaration and arrival information
- Provide personal information with ease by scanning the passport biographical data page;
- Provide a group submission for up to 10 travellers; and
- Retrieve submitted records with ease.
• Gateway to e-Services & MyICA portal
- Access existing ICA e-services and MyICA portal on your mobile phone.

Note:
(1) The download and use of MyICA Mobile App is free of charge.
(2) The SG Arrival Card is NOT a visa. Visitors can visit Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website to check if they need a visa to enter Singapore.

There is a bug in selecting departure date. App kept changing to one day earlier then I was picking. Had to select one day more in the future to get correct date. Also, I would recommend using names for months. The day/month/year can be confusing for Americans

I renewed my passport and try to download myIca app to generate a new qr code. I receive message that this app does not work with my device, Huawei Mate 20x. I was able to download previously, so what happened? The qr code idea was great but how to generate it when I cannot download the app? Please solve this issue. It does not make sense to me to change my handphone just to download the app. ICA can do better, please consider a solution for users.

Dear Helen, we are sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience using our App. The Min. Android OS for MyICA Mobile is Android 11 , to prevent security exploits, pls kindly upgrade your Android OS or use another device to install the App for continued security support

Every time I try to use the app, I get stuck at a spinning wheel on the question about using a passport under another name to enter Singapore. So I cannot use it at all.
