I had a terrible experience with their chat support. My order was stuck on "preparing order" for over two hours, and despite multiple agents assuring me that someone would call, no one ever did. I ultimately had to cancel the order. Since then, I’ve been following up about the refund—they claimed it’s been processed, but I still haven’t received it.

worst experience ever. lots of bugs. can't modify address if instructions includee, cart empties after I change branch, and order from months ago is stuck on "On its way" status, address shown in delivery guy side is just the landmark and not the pinned location. there's more bugs than mentioned.

The worst! Used it for delivery, waited for more than an hour that we actually had to go to the branch because no one was contacting us, only to find out that our order wasn't even received by the store. In-app chat is super wonky. Fix your issues, man, people are hungry!
