Overall The Application is good, but one of the problem is the Language, could you please to give us the English option for the language, because it's hard for us to understand if the application is serve with French and Arabic and one more thing, I cannot register My Indonesian Passport through the Application and also the Website, Thank You and I'm Waiting from your further update about that problem as soon as possible

Very disappointing!!they don't deserve this star !!!I subscribed to Idar Duo 3years ago because it was advertised as unlimited internet, but for the past 3 months the connection is cut off every day after only 4GB of usage. It comes back the next day, which means it is not truly unlimited at all now.For 3 months now I can’t use the service I’m paying for, and it’s just pure cheating !I trusted this service for years, but now it feels like a scam. Please fix this issue and be honest

Really frustrating, sometimes it works fine, sometimes it doesn't. Keeps logging me out of my account and then when I try to log in again, I get "Une erreur est survenue.Veuillez reessayer plus tard" Its been like this for over a week. Really frustrating when you're trying to check your account or pay your facture overseas. It normally works overseas. So I don't know what the problem is. Can't get into the account on the website either....
