After your free trial, SmartLine will automatically renew via Google Play, unless you cancel 24 hours before the free trial ends or before the end of the current billing period. Easily manage and cancel your SmartLine 2nd phone number at any time through your Google Play subscription settings. If you didn't purchase SmartLine through Google Play, you can manage your subscription through the GoDaddy website.

Updating 6/22/24 to say that the app worked fine again for another 7 months, now is crashing upon trying to open any messages or calls. Update on 6/28/2024 After one week of being down it's back up and running with no issues. It's great when it works but super frustrating when it doesn't. This is a great app when it works. Hope they keep it right this time.

Can't make outbound calls. Nor can I send texts. I was instructed to log out, which I did. Now I can't get into the app at all. I have tried to have this issue resolved by holding on, then speaking with someone, to holding some more for well over an hour. Issue isn't resolved. So now I must call them again in the morning, may be less of a hold time. About to find someone else for my business contact. Update: I had my vpn on and from what I was told from the 2nd technician, you can't have a VPN.

Texting has never worked. I can send and receive calls but texts do not go out or come in. It has been seven days since my number was set up and still texting doesn't work. The line I ported in was a personal cellphone line. I've called customer service and they said it can take a few days for texting to work. I don't understand. If calls work, so should texts. I'm running the most recent version of the app. I've confirmed everything is set up correctly on my end.
