I have had many work apps that have a schedule. This is probably the worst one yet. It glitches frequently. They took away group message for the new people that are getting the app. So you can only message privately. The my shift portion is the most glitchy part of the app. It buffers then it ends up saying access denied sorry. Like a server is down every week. It's also slow to notify. When you're in the app you don't get the notification that something has happened until 10 minutes later.

Buggy and annoying. Also one feature that was working before isn't working now! I posted a shift to a team member and decided to cancel it-- the "cancel post" button weirdly leads to a pop-up that says "Send to manager for approval", which is not what I wanted to do. Even if you click that, it just responds with an error message-- on both the app AND the browser website!! Get a better software developer please

Someone was paid to design this app? They should be fired! I can't believe as employees of darden, we are forced to use such garbage, when the old app seemed OK. I'm having the same difficulties as everyone else had mentioned. I went 6 weeks + losing money from not being able to pick up shifts. There were no tutorials offered on the new app, and I went weeks without any pickups. Only a few new people in our restaurant knew about the auto pickup and kept it a secret from the rest of us!!!!
