I love this app. I travel for work and not familiar with all areas. However, you use to be able to set a radius or specific miles away from your location. Now Im getting tornado warnings that are not near me in the middle of the night while sleeping for areas I have locations set in. These warnings are for places over an hour away. Please brimg back the ability to set ranges. I have also went in a turned off/modified alerts and it doesnt save my preferences. This needs to be fixed also.

When I first downloaded this app a year or so ago, I loved it. I put my family's location and my location in and set a radius. I got alerts perfectly and well in advance. More recently, I am not getting any alerts. Just had a severe thunderstorm in both of my set areas, one area even had hail and not a single alert. The app even showed it was clear and not raining which is obviously inaccurate. What did you change? Your recent changes have obviously messed things up. Please fix this ASAP.

I wish the app had a way to configure sound and turn off non-critical sound alerts during certain hours, like the hours when I'm sleeping. It woke me up to tell it will be snowing heavily at 7,000 feet, which I'm well below. I don't need to be woken up for that. But I want the app on in the event a critical, life-threating emergency occurs in the middle of the night such as needing to evacuate or prepare immediately, etc., etc.

What's new

We've heard your feedback and are continuing to improve the app. In this release, new updates make it easier to track hazards and receive alerts. It is now easier to add the locations that matter most to you. Alerts now display more detailed information from the U.S. National Weather Service.
