I have been using this app on multiple accounts and devices. But I only have a single account which is premium. I really like the premium account, so far it were great, However there are some premium contents with lots of error like subtitles are not showing, no matter what I do they don't show 'as in NO MATTER WHAT' it really really pisses me off, the other subtitles are showing EXCEPT the most used ENGLISH subtitle. I were not complaining before BUT NOW I CAN NO LONGER BEAR IT please fix itš„²

lately I've noticed there are times when the app doesn't show the usual anime videos, or any video for that matter. the only thing shown are audio rooms or posts. what is this, Facebook? until this is solved (I'll be monitoring until my premium runs out), I'll keep this as a 1 star. note that I haven't tagged this app as a false advertising. we're not there yet but we might go there.

I subscribed to Bilibili expecting anime content, but it was a huge letdown. After paying, the home icon changed to āAudio Room,ā and searching for anime showed no results. I tried reinstalling, logging in on other devicesāstill nothing worked. The app is confusing, with no clear support or explanation. If itās a region issue, it should be stated before subscribing. Right now, it's a waste of money and I donāt recommend it at all. Other streaming apps are far more reliable.
