I just downloaded this app as my insurance provider recommended it to me, im not dogging the app but maybe it needs a HUGE update because it will NOT let me login it does a continuous cycle of me logging in, and then entering the security password, then back to the login screen after all correct login information was inputed in the app. Again, not dogging the app I haven't even been able to use it yet due to the cycle of unchanged events. I hope it gets fixed soon!

Works when it wants to. Enter my email and then proceed to the password only for a extra box to appear under it. That box does not let me log in. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still there. About to give up fully, plus I have to log in every time I go to the app. Just can not open it and see the app for itself, always have to log in. Frustrating.

I can't even log in. My health care provider signed me up for this. Finally checked it out so they would stop texting and emailing me about it. I put in the one-time pass code and fill out my profile info. and it doesn't even let me sign in. I reset my password again so I can log in, and it brings me right back to the profile set up screen... and then logs me out. I log in and the same thing happens 3 times in a row. Don't even bother downloading this app. Very frustrating.
