Do NOT download. Have cancelled subscription but they have taken THREE further months of payment. Have contacted multiple times and have received ZERO responses. Edit - I have continually tried to log in but it keeps telling me 'Customer not found" so I can't even get in to cancel. It's incredible that this is the only way I can get a response as opposed to the multiple emails I have sent already.

I downloaded the app because of a promotion where you'd get a refund for completing 30 consecutive days of training. I did everything required and emailed them at the end of the 30 days. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY CONTACT. Their little AI messenger is the only thing that responds and it can't help with the promo. the training works so if you're willing to pay the money for the training, go right ahead but if you're only willing to spend the money because of a promo, don't waste your time.

Terrible Cust Service! Signed up, site allowed for payment to go thru and then froze, not allowing me to create a username or password, thus not allowing me to log in and actually use the app. Contacted cust service and was eventually told that I canceled future payments (which I did as I didn't want to be charged a crazy price for NOTHING) and therefore deactivated my account (which was paid for 4 weeks). I don't even get what I paid for. If I could give it zero stars I would.
