Dear Customer Support Team, I am writing to report an issue regarding my recent recharge through the Red Bull Mobile app. I selected a recharge offer that clearly stated I would receive the following benefits 20GB data Unlimited social media access 500 minutes and 500 SMS After completing the recharge successfully, I did not receive the full benefits as promised in the offer. I have already raised this issue several times via the app and also contacted customer care directly. Disappointed👎

The app is very bad at times. It doesn't allow you to actually use it's features. I've tried multiple times to reload a package but it won't allow this. Needs a lot of work
