Originally a big fan, I've finally have given up on this service & uninstalled the app in frustration. Since its launch, the app seems to have had an ever increasing range of malfunctions, and more importantly, their supporting customer service seems to be going seriously downhill. The other day, I submitted a prepaid order that wasn't confirmed for 20+ mins. Yindii then ignored my online msg requests for help for another 20 minutes. Finally I msgd them to cancel the order, which they ignored.

I've tried this app thrice. it worked well once, failed the second try, and worked again on the third try. what happened the second time: I went down to the shop and they said they didn't receive my order so I left empty-handed. yindii refunded me via in-app credits so I had no choice but to use the app again to make another purchase. luckily, it worked the third time otherwise, I'd have given up on the app and made noise about my money. surprise bag for food rescue is a great idea so keep it up

Update: Jul: Someone manning the whatsapp support finally figured out the issue. and the app now works. . Does not allows you to proceed with payment even after pressing it many times. whenever you add to cart, the item disappears and goes back to the browsing page. customer support unable to resolve the issue.
