the idea behind the app is great, but the chat leaves a lot to be desired. it would be nice if you could upload photos from a PC, as that is where all my notes are. photos are very hard to load, you must restart all the time. I feel lucky if it does go through. same with voice. I have had many people ask if their pronuncation is correct, and I never recieve the recording. they complain of the same thing. PDF files can not be shared either. I feel there is a reason everyone wants to swap their information and move to other chat platforms. they work much better.

The app is great when it works. The last few days to a week, it's so slow or nothing even loads. I've submitted a bug report. Lately when I log in, no one shows up in search, nothing in messages or requests. I can't make any changes to my profile: I click save and nothing happens. The same thing happens when I try to invite news users. Very disappointing because the app is a great way to practice languages and make new friends. ๐ฃ

If you have all the latest updates and you do still have trouble connecting to the servers, please send me your full username on Speaky and I'll check if everything is fine ๐ And don't hesitate to send me some screenshots/screencasts at contact@speaky.com when the problem is occuring ;)

Within my first few days of downloading the speaky app I loved using it, I was learning quicker than I did on other apps that I downloaded. However, now, it keeps saying "not connected" and it won't send any of my messages so I can't even practice any of the languages that I'm learning with my language learning partners. It's very annoying, now speaky has just become a pain to use. Speaky team there many other users out there who are dealing with the same problem. Please resolve this issue๐๐ฝ

Hey ๐ Normally our connection issue has been solved in the latest update so there should be no problem anymore.
