Update, tech issues fixed and resubscribed, but I don't see a way to sync the app so I can use my subscription on my tablet...Technical issues. Workout 3 the audio and video were out of sync and the app did not allow me to complete the workout. I was still in free trial so unsubscribed. If it were to be fixed, I would sign up again because I enjoyed the workouts I was able to complete.

*WARNING: There's a '7-Day Free Trial', I'm not sure of the amount they're charging after the Trial period, but I'm UNstalling! P. S....The app does look good, very professional, I like how you can choose your own personal workout plan and customizing to your needs and ability, etc., but at this time, we're looking for a free app. Blessings to All of You (Devs and Health and Fitness Communities)! :)

It's a very good app. You can personalize it and get effective, simple movements that actually make you feel better when you're finished. I personally use Jefit because I lift, but I looked at A LOT of other apps before deciding on this one for my wife (63). There is a subscription fee, but it's manageable for what you get.
