I'm a 18 year old university student and this has helped me so much since the economy in lebanon is so bad I cant open a bank account in my view whish money is much better simple secure and reliable just a suggestion I hope in the future to be added is that more lebanon region purchases for example my psn account region is leb if I buy a usd card I can't use it most of the gift cards are usd so if I buy them I can't use them since they aren't compatible with the region of my accounts 😊

Terrible customer service. They reply very late and are extremely unprofessional. I paid for an internet bundle, they took the money but didn’t activate it. After waiting forever, they told me to wait 24 hrs or get a refund—it's day 3 and nothing. Agent Jamil was rude, didn’t even check my issue, and blamed my provider without asking who it is. Alfa confirmed the issue is from Whish. I’ll be withdrawing my wallet balance. Never again.
