This app has a lot of problems for drivers. The fare is very low. The app works very slowly. When customers use the promo, the promo amount is credited to the driver's account, but the company deducts that amount the next day. When a driver cancels a ride, his points are reduced, but if the customer cancels the ride repeatedly, Even if such a customer's ride is not accepted, the driver's points are still reduced. If you complete a 10 km ride, the company gives a 6 km fare.

Hello Yango team, I think Yango needs some improvement because drivers are facing a lot of issues first of all the main problem is there are no ride selections options for drivers.2) sometimes the picked up point is too far like 5 to 6 kilometers If the driver does not accept the ride then they will lose the pro point. 3) Customer booked a ride and when the driver reached on location and call customer then if customer didn't pick a call and driver cancel a ride then they lose pro point again.

This is a very bad app, there is no facility for drivers. If a driver does not want to take any rights, their pro level is reduced, which is a very bad thing. After that, the rider gets very few rights. Now these people have also started eating the bonus of the riders and their fares are also very low. We should take action against them and close them down or they should increase the fares and give us our bonus on time.
