I would give this app a higher rating as it is extremely useful but it keeps crashing. Either it simply doesn't record my night's sleep or it stops way earlier than when I actually get up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and that's not a fix. Maybe think about an update? I notice the last was in July of last year! Perhaps it used to be good but since they're not supporting it anymore, it went the way of Radio Shack. I'll revise my review if they can fix the problem.

Apologies for the trouble you've been having and thanks for your extremely well-timed review – we put out an update yesterday! This update should contain plenty of bug fixes and improvements to the app's stability. Please see if this is available for you in the Play Store and let us know if you continue to have issues

I realize you need to make money and we are in a time of inflation, but to go from $11.99 a year to $29.99, in just 2 years is ridiculous (that is a 250% increase). Plus it is a subscription, not a one time purchase. If you say it is because of cloud storage costs, offer a plan without it. Regarding the product, I agree with other reviews it needs a sensitivity setting.

Was eager to try the app so I signed up for a free trial. Although it does mostly what it claims to, the app's biggest drawback is its power consumption as it needs to be constantly plugged in to operate. Further, as time went on, the microphone started to amplify/distort sounds it was picking up and made very difficult to know if I was hearing what was actually being recorded. I decided to cancel on the day the trial ended but was refused because I missed deadline by an hour.

Please get in touch with us on android@snorelab.com and we can issue a refund directly. As for power, there is no obligation to keep your phone connected and in normal circumstances, no more than 20% of battery is lost overnight. If you could send us some audio samples like the ones you mention, we can have a look into these
