The app is a bit basic and has some quirks but it's nice to be able to see energy usage, overall health of the hybrid water heater as well as have access to scheduling and different heating modes. As far as minor complaints, I don't like that the capacity of the heater only shows as empty, 1/3, 2/3 or full. It would be nice to have a more accurate measure of how much is in the tank and ready. The other complaint is that the main screen doesn't refresh automatically (go back, head in again)

A Joke. You can't make it past setting up an account. Once you enter your information it will will tell you they will send a verification code to your phone number or email. The code never arrives in either place. A very useless app so far. I hope there heat pump and air handler is better than there app. Or it's a lot of money wasted. Updated: The app finally started working. Nothing fancy very basic.

This is new and improved? Takes much longer to login. Other than using dials to set temperature there are no additional features or information available. Can't believe it took 3+ years of waiting to deliver this disappointment. C'mon Ruud/Rheem, you can do better. Your competitors have much better interfaces with more features. Get with the program (pun intended).
