I had been having major issues with my phone, that I was ready to throw it in front of a speeding bus! every time I touched the keyboard, or an app, all sorts of popups starting showing up, one after another, layering on top of each other! I couldn't do anything. I called Samsung Support and spoke with 2 different representatives, Eric and Anwar, and with the help of Smart Tutor, they were able to locate and delete all of my apps that were infecting my phone. It's working fine now!

I absolutely love this service and how easy and stress free it is to use whenever I buy a new Galaxy Fold phone annually. I have used it a few times now when I need help setting up a new phone. Thanks so much Samsung for having a great technical support team for your mobile devices, and making my life a little easier.

I am not happy, they were not able to help me with my memory issues on my s22 ultra. The first person I spoke with deleted app data so it deleted everything I had in my app instead of just helping with emptying the cache. I am more than upset at the data I lost because he would not listen. I asked him multiple times not to delete my data he ended up hanging up on me.The second person hung up as well when we could not figure out what the actual issue was and he wanted me to Factory reset my phone
