I hate using this app. I have to move my money out of it... cause it will disappear randomly, then show back up after a day or two. I thought i had transactions pending and that's what was causing it... but my money showed back up and stayed in my account. Tried to call customer service and it's absolutely terrible... they told me they had it noted the first time I called about it... and to call the moment it happened again... but it was evident the next rep had no idea what was going on

Nothing loads! It's horrible, allows you to log in and it goes blank, even says you must have an active account. I press on profile after letting it load and it pulls up all my information correctly. Shows no balance on my card and never loads. People are going to STRUGGLE to pay bills on time if they don't fix this issue, called customer support and emailed. Constant loop of automated machines that eventually hang up on you. You are on hold forever. 0/5 stars until fix.

It was cool til it wasn't. They have a feature where you can access your next paycheck as you earn it, cool. I made $800 last week, so I added $500 to my card. When I went to transfer it to my account, it said I hit the transfer limit on the week. Theres 2 problems, 1 its SUNDAY? How could I reach the limit if its sunday and I havent transferred anything. 2 They never tell you about this limit, and now Im down $500 for 2 weeks. Support was just a robot repeating itself. No real people. Thanks.
