When switching UTrip app to SMS to get OTP code, UTrip switch back to login mode, this is not helpful; how are you suppose to retrieve SMS OTP codes or getting my banking app OTP codes ? Should allow to stay in background Need to have a separate limit for pending spent transactions and top up. Some items take too long to clear, as long as 7 days! Not a good business proposition to encourage frequent use of this card. Minor savings if you only allowed $3K spending. Keep your credit cards handy!

Very impractical when you request the bank statements. Instead of generating one in-app, customers are expected to call the call center, who will THEN send the documents via email! Very inconvenient and would recommend other apps. I called the call center 20 minutes ago and haven't received the documents yet! I had to call again to follow up because I needed the documents urgently. I finally got them then!! A long time customer but seriously considering moving to other cards

Horrible experience. Dismal lack of customer service. My card was charged thrice while overseas cos the merchant kept claiming the transaction did not go through snd swiped my card repeatedly. I ended up paying cash for that transaction. It is a straightforward case with a screenshot of 3 transactions on app and a picture of the cash receipt provided. Yet it has been more than 2 months and youtrip has yet to refund me. Tried calling the hotline and got terminated while on hold each time.
