Free version was great so we opted for the paid version to get more features we wanted. There was no monthly subscription option, only a yearly option. We had about 1.5 months no issues, but then it wouldn't lock when it should've and would lock when it shouldn't. It also did not block inappropriate websites at all or track the sites visited. Despite its failures, you can't get any refunds. Customer service was a joke, you have to use the bot that isn't helpful at all. Don't waste your money.

I switched phones and according to their app it will connect to your subscription. Instead, it charged me a 2nd subscription. Customer service wouldn't do anything about it and said I'd have to reach out to Google. Also, I've had a ton of issues with it not locking apps once my kid has reached her limit. It used to, but now it just lets her keep playing. I'm disappointed because it was so great in the beginning. I'll be keeping an eye out for a new option.

so it was amazing at first. it did everything I needed it to do but as of late it doesn't lock their apps when the time limit is up and even unlocks them when I've manually locked them. also, it is now giving false times. it will say they spent more time on their games then they did. we have to keep going into the settings and resetting it because it keeps locking them out. I don't have a problem with the tracking. that's is an amazing feature. however, plz fix the rest. thank you
