My first order was great. I ordered 4 items (2 clothing) and they were all great quality. This last time I ordered, all three clothing items were cheaply made (though they cost more), itchy, and awful. Also, I don't like their return policy. The first item of each order is free to return but after that, each item has a $7 fee. Not worth it if the item is $10 or lower.

Tricks you into buying. As soon as I got the app it told me if I buy one thing it will give me a $200 credit. So I bought some leggings and then tried to claim my credit and it said they were updating their system and to hang tight. Total bait and switch. Deleting the app as soon as my leggings arrive. You can't do this to people. I'll just go shopping in a regular store that has good quality, honors their discounts and returns and doesn't try to trick you into spending money. Terrible.

Where's my $200? The offer said if I spent AT LEAST $3 with shipping included that id get a bounce back to use on site for $200. I purchased an item that was over $6 with shipping, it said i could claim it, selected the claim it button and a mysterious "server error" message came up. when I closed the app and went back to accept it, it was gone. customer service just kept telling me to read the fine print. YOU need to stop false the advertisement and give what you owe or stop advertising it.
