Awesome app, everything works well and keeps you up to date with the newest hornets news and events. The Buzz City Rewards program is probably the best part of the app. It has very engaging trivia and activities that happen in real time as the game is going on. You earn points and can get a lot of free items, including tickets!

I don't like that they got rid of the ticket Cards. Now you must have the app or print your ticket prior to the game. What about dead batteries, dropped (broken) phones , issues with the app, etc. I know it's a little late to start complaining about this. But, a lot has happened to me the past few of years & it's had me pretty busy.

This app is fine for everything EXCEPT its main use, managing tickets. Absolutely abysmal. Ticket master is apparently down 23/7 and for the hour a day it appears to work, it barely works. Will be expecting a refund if i cant sell my tickets thanks to a defunct system and if this is how they plan on having us manage tickets in the future I will definitely not be renewing them. My Hornets office contact sats its TicketMasters fault but that cant be 100% blamed on them and something has to change. Sad.
