App and website are awful. I can't log in or add items to my cart without getting error messages. I've been trying to order flooring for days now. Additionally, the app runs at an excruciatingly slow pace—it freezes frequently, and pictures take forever to load. If I didn't need to buy here to match existing flooring, I'd go elsewhere. Awful.

The app is extremely frustrating. When it decides to work, it is as fast as dial-up speeds. The majority of the time, when you click on something, you get a white page that never loads. I have switched to Lowe's so many times because of this. The app has cost Home Depot thousands of dollars because of this. I have a construction business and buy material and tools constantly.

Impossible to use the search function. Constantly gives a blank white page when trying to see results, even when going to the product page from a browser. On the rare occasion it does work, it's incredibly slow and buggy. I honestly prefer Menards or even Lowe's, but home Depot is more conveniently located otherwise I'd stop shopping there altogether. I'm trying to run a business, how can I place orders and build quotes if your app never works?
