This app's conversation function was amazing, especially in school settings with so many languages in one classroom. I have a friend that speak Egyptian Arabic and it translated the context very well while it also translated to Russian and Spanish and Dutch at the same time. Unfortunately the conversation function no longer works. It's writes it all in English. I saw many complaints from educators with no response from Microsoft. It's super disappointing it's not supported anymore.

Really inconvenient after the last update.. Like i can't even translate on-screen directly like i could before? I only highlighted it and chose the option to translate it.. Not anymore. Now I have to copy and paste it and it's really slowing the process down. And it only pisses me off because when i forget to click out off it now, that it's build into the keyboard, i just keep typing into the translator instead of the app.. The old one showed convenient window that translated it on the screen.

It was a decent app but after they changed the UI, it started to crash often. Speech functionality would stop working necessitating a restart. It also started to exhibit reduced usability - if you're trying to translate text from another app & you switch back & forth the text box becomes empty, - you can't copy text from the app, - can't type in split screen mode, - autoplay translation doesn't work, etc.
