The app isn't a problem. The hosts are. 10 OUT OF 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND OR WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A MEMBERSHIP. I have been a member since 2021. We have tried to book at least five times in the past few weeks, and all hosts have either cancelled last minute on us because "they weren't available" and forgot to update the availability, or the hosts have simply been completely non-communicative and left us to have to cancel last minute and take the hit because they didn't respond.

Overall, this app works well. I am able to communicate with hosts and make reservations. On the Android phone, I have been having some crashing issues. Also, if I'm typing a message and I somehow make a mistake and get out of the app, when I come back, the message I've written is now completely wiped out. I have to compose a message again. It can be very annoying.

Was excited to get this app but almost everything is an add-on price when they don't advertise anything as an add-on when you sign up. Super bate and switch. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. After talking to some other RV-ers, some of these things were included in their previous basic membership, so they are switching sites to "add-ons" as time goes by.. I may be requesting a refund.
