Since February this year after a system update, this app doesn't allow me access due to a Malware notification. I have encountered this before with UOB's banking app where the same issue occurred as accessibility access was given to my security software. The UOB staff promptly resolved the matter. However, when contacted DBS, they refused to entertain to my problem. Notably this app installed on other devices with the same settings didn't have this problem. I am now using Digibank on old devices

This has been a frustrating update to deal with. Fingerprint login no longer works, the login noise is annoying and the mobile token doesn't work consistently. I didn't know DBS was going to do another update on the app and I got caught on a biz trip without the physical token. Big mistake. I have not been able to log in to pay bills or add new payee for 4 days. I'm starting to incur late fees because I cannot access online payment overseas. Please fix it or bring back old app

When I go to overseas transfer and check status I can see all details like the foreign amount, recipient name, country etc but when I go to the transaction history of my account the same transaction only shows a reference number and the SGD amount, nothing else. Could you show all or some of the details of the recipient in the transaction history? Another thing, could you give me a way to remotely unlock DigiVault funds when overseas? You can do a live video call with agent through the app.
