The search box should expand to include words or items closely related to the searched item. It is quick to say not found unless a brand is entered or very detailed info. I read the weekly ad and use load 2 card features which are okay. 2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️App had implemented much better and more helpful features. Looked clean. Easy to use for several services. However, 7 years later, most locations are closing or have already. closed. Will miss this long time pharmacy. Sad to see it go.

Ever since the upgrade I can't log onto my old account I had for 2yrs. It's annoying since it didn't allow me to use the app without upgrading. All I want to do is clip coupons and it doesn't remember me from the last week I did it so I have tokeep logging on. Still upset. Rite Aid didn't address my problem from 2yrs ago and they still won't let me look at the ad and coupons without updating. This is annoying as I am a pay as you go customer and only get so much data and can't afford more.

Hi there- we updated the app and that included some new security enhancements. Can you please the uninstall and reinstall your app from the app store? That should correct the issue. Thanks!

Suddenly out of nowhere the app logged me out or something. It wouldn't recognize my thumbprint nor accept my password. I did the "forgot password" thing and got sent a code to my email, but when I entered the code it said it was incorrect. Nothing I do gets me logged in. I needed to request a new refill and now I'll need to make an extra trip to the pharmacy to do so when I really don't have the time. Super frustrating!
