The last 4 orders I have sent have been in "Arrives by" status and this is going back to May, June & July. Undelivered. Customer Service is non-existent and will only say that because of the type of facility I'm sending to, they can't confirm delivery & it's up to me to contact the facility. No refunds either. Don't waste your time or money with this service. As a business, if you are offering to mail a product, at the very least, you need to be able to confirm delivery for your customers.

Just like it says, you get free printed photos. I placed an order for 81 pictures, and it was free. I ended up adding the picture box for $2.49, as well as rush delivery. So that made my total $22.49, but before adding those 2 extras, the total was nothing. I selected the matte option for the 4x6 prints. I want to try out the free photo book next time.

Good quality and came in less than. week. I used the free photos first and they came with no problems. When you order after the free opportunity all you have to pay for is shipping which is only $1.99-$9.99. There's different options on how you want the photos to look and different sizes. also photobooks,cups, blankets, etc. Cool App.
