Hello, I love this app. But, the only thing I was different is more detailed shipment tracking. I ordered something two weeks ago and I'm pretty sure my sure my shipment should be hear within possibly a few days, but I don't know when exactly. So, detailed shipment tracking would help with especially if I have last minute plans, so I can someone to go pick it up if I can't. Otherwise, it's a fantastic app!

I'm confused!!! After I put all my information in the App ,Just to find out when I go to make an order it cost a lot for shipping and handling! A 0.92cent earrings will cost me around $ 22 bucks?! There is No other way for me to change the shipping lower it gets higher! I think these are FAKE GOOD REVIEWS 😕 Something looks off! It let me add my address for Puerto Rico and also P.O.Box. So why it did and then the shipping is Exaggerated High! I really wanna see what the Developers has to say!

Dear, international shipping rates is charged by the courier company, usually the first weight 0.5kg is very expensive, and the additional weight will be cheaper.

I love the variety of accessories available and the shipping options, but their customer service sometimes sucks. Your app has a problem and no matter how hard I try to apply the money I have available as credit it is impossible and I asked the advisor if I could transfer it to my bank account because clearly I cannot use it for my orders and he refuses. It is horrible to be begging for money that you paid for and is yours. I have been a Nihao customer for several years but this kind of attitu
