LINE Sticker Maker is a free app from LINE that allows you to turn your pics and videos into LINE stickers.
Turn your lovely pets, friends' funny faces, or kids' smiles into LINE stickers! These personalized stickers are a great way to add some fun to your chats with friends and family.
What's possible with LINE Sticker Maker
- Create your own original LINE stickers from photos and videos taken with your camera.
- Customize your stickers for free with cropping, text additions, adorable frames and decals, and more.
- Get the stickers you create reviewed and released all from within the app.
- Sell your stickers on LINE STORE or the in-app Sticker Shop and you can receive revenue shares on your sales. Stickers that don't go on sale can only be downloaded for free by the creator.
- By changing your Privacy Settings to "Hide in LINE STORE/Sticker Shop," you can make your stickers purchasable and viewable only by those who know the LINE STORE or Sticker Shop link or those who have been sent the stickers.
Create LINE stickers and use them to chat with friends and family, all while earning some pocket money or maybe even becoming a famous creator!

Edit: 7/22/25 Finally, the issue is fixed! I was able to submit my animated set without errors and it was approved in less than 24 hours. Thanks! :) Edit: Still not fixed after newer updates. :( 3/31/25 I spent a lot of time making animated stickers. I went through the entire process to submit them, and when I hit the submit button, it says, "an unexpected error occured" ... I cleared cache and rebooted, still same error.

pretty easy to upload pictures to make your stickers! You have to wait for the stickers to be on the line shop after it's been accepted so there's alot of waiting! Be careful since there's two options: you can download your stickers for free but don't get revenue or you pay for your stickers and get revenue. You can't change options after you submit.

Looks like a free app to make stickers for yourself and others. Catch is, once you make the stickers, you either buy them from yourself, or you let LINE own 100% of the revenue. Your friends are charged and that's non-negotiable. This app could very easily improve the quality of life for the public, but nope, message seems to be: YOU do the work, WE own your results, and if you don't like it, go make your own telecommunication service to beat our near-monopoly in Japan.
